Well, it’s really not gossip.

But it’s behind the scenes. Most trade show visitors don’t get to go into the press room. But now that I write this blog, I have media cred and am allowed “behind the curtain.” (I used to work in the trade show industry, so I’ve been in many a press room — but as an organizer or exhibitor, not as an actual press person.)

One word — WOW! Actually two words — WOW and YUM!

The National Confectioners Association made life super-easy for anyone writing about the show — from big deal journalists to citizen bloggers like myself. Easy registration, a polished and professional press kit, free wi-fi, comfy places to sit and write and re-charge (ourselves and our devices).

And, of course, incredible candy!
